Each March we prepare our seasonal St. Joseph’s zeppoles for families across South Jersey. This batch went to a large family gathering in Cherry Hill celebrating the feast day.
We made both baked and fried styles, filled with traditional pastry cream and topped with a black cherry. Orders were placed by phone the week prior.
Production ran across all three stores to meet demand. Pickup was staggered to keep everything fresh.
