For Sofia’s sweet sixteen in Mount Laurel, the family wanted a modern two-tier cake in blush and gold. We finished it with hand-piped detail and a fondant number topper.
The tasting narrowed the choice to chocolate hazelnut and classic vanilla. We paired the two tiers to suit a mixed crowd.
Alongside the cake we supplied two dozen cream-filled donuts and a tray of assorted cannoli for the dessert table.
